Virtual Consultation
-1 hour session
Once contacted, together we will arrange a date and time that works for us to connect. I will set up a secure virtual online consultation via Zoom for us to discuss all of your breastfeeding concerns.

During our session, I will educate and guide you in various breastfeeding positions, assist you in getting your baby to latch properly, how to know when your baby is getting milk and how to know when your baby is full. I will go through hunger cues, newborn care, sleep patterns, and the nutritional health benefits for your baby and yourself throughout your lactation journey.

We will also discuss how to maintain an adequate milk supply as well as the use of a breast pump. Together we will come up with a personalized plan that is clear, comfortable and effective.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and techniques to get you and your baby(ies) off to a "precious beginning" in your breastfeeding journey.

Virtual Follow-up Care
-30 min session
I provide follow-up care after every virtual consultation via text, e-mail, or phone call.
If you would like a follow-up session virtually set up, a $75 fee will be charged for a
30 min session.
We will go over the changes you've experienced since our last visit, answer any questions or concerns you may have, growth spurt behaviours, as well as go over important milestones to look for during your baby's development. We will discuss gut health, temperament, sleep patterns and how to introduce new foods/solids safely into your baby's diet as they develop.

Ensuring that you are comfortable and feel confident in your breastfeeding journey moving forward is ultimately my goal in the care I provide.
